The kourion.city Platform is a hosting and display service of various professionals with an annual subscription. All the viewing material of each subscriber (Photos, videos, texts, etc.) is provided by the subscriber himself, therefore the platform bears no responsibility for the specific material.                                           

 The Professional Subscriber undertakes and expressly declares by his participation in the platform that the material he gives us for posting and display is free from the point of view of copyright, or that it belongs to him.                                                            

TERRA NAVIGA cannot know or be able to certify the legal validity of the material, therefore in any case where the material appears as its own property, it will be immediately removed from the subscriber's micro-page, and subsequently the platform will inform him of the complaint regarding the material he gave us.                                                                                                                                       

In any case, TERRA NAVIGA cannot be held liable under the law for material of its subscribers that does not meet the legal specifications.          

Consequently, any claim for compensation from third parties should be addressed to the specific subscriber, who expressly declares through his participation in the platform that he exclusively undertakes this obligation himself, should it arise.

TERRA NAVIGA reserves the right not to post material provided by the subscriber if it contains any illegal or abusive and disparaging content to any third party.
