This Illustrated Map of Kourion is a copyrighted work and belongs exclusively to Epaminondas Kaiafas, founder and director of TERRA NAVIGA, which is the creator and owner of the work and the only one that retains 100% publishing and reproduction rights. Any reproduction of the work by any means or any unauthorized use by anyone is strictly prohibited.

The participation of professionals or organizations in this display platform does not in any way grant or transfer the copyright of the illustrated map of Kourion, as a whole, to the same in any way. Participating professionals only acquire the right to display them on the map of Kourion and of the corresponding electronic platform, for a specific fee paid once and annually.                                                

In case the professional does not wish to renew his subscription, TERRA NAVIGA reserves the right to remove all his markings on the map and to close the micro-page he maintains on the platform.                              

The professional who enters the platform with a subscription, expressly declares by his participation that he does not raise any claim, now or at any time in the future, on the copyright of the map, and for any reason, as these are recognized by him, from the beginning , as the legal property and property of TERRA NAVIGA. 

The copyright of the work is protected against malicious, unauthorized reproductions or use by third parties, who have not previously agreed with TERRA NAVIGA to obtain the necessary legal permission. This protection is provided by both local and international copyright laws, the provisions of which carry severe penalties for violators.
